Custom Mastery Badges

Custom mastery badges can be requested for any deck that you have already mastered. The badge will have an image of your choosing with your name included! Plus, once uploaded, the custom mastery badge will replace the regular badge on your on-site profile gallery.

You can request as many changes or new custom badges for a deck as you'd like, but please note that only the most recently made badge will be shown on your mastery list on your on-site profile (the old versions can be saved on your trade post, though!).

Member Card Change

If you would like to request a change to your member card image, you can request a new one here. Once you request a new card, your old member card will be retired and will have a number appended to it (mc-Noelle1) to differentiate it.

You can request as many member card changes as you would like, but you can only do so once every six months.

Want to donate a deck for an upcoming release? The more the merrier! You can claim and donate Module, PV, and Canvas decks here! If you're looking to donate a Compilation deck, please head to the Donate a Compilation Deck post.

Content and Source Guidelines

Before donating a deck, please check the Released and Upcoming lists to make sure you are not donating a duplicate deck.

• All submissions must follow the general content guidelines listed on our About page.
• All images must be unedited (cropping is allowed, if appropriate).
• No art from unofficial sources is allowed. The following are examples of official art:
  • Content/images released by, licensed by, or commissioned for Crypton Future Media, SEGA, Good Smile Company, Colorful Palette, or other private/official company.
  • Screenshots, music, videos, and other content found in a commercially-released product.
  • Original music videos released by a producer on their official account.
• Excluding puzzle decks, donations must have a minimum of 30 unique images, but more is always better. If the deck you're interested in donating doesn't quite reach that amount, reach out to the admins and we'll see what we can do!
• Include the highest quality images possible. Higher quality sources means a higher quality deck!
• Horizontal images are best - they fit the template better.
• Whenever possible, prioritize images without text. For Original PV donations, text or writing that is a part of the art style of the PV are perfectly fine to include. (For an example, see the decks monitoring or chocomint.)
• If you want a certain image included, or you think a deck would fit a certain element, feel free to provide that as a suggestion! Please note that these are suggestions and we may not be able to implement them. Image choices and element assignment are ultimately up to the discretion of the deck maker.
• If your deck donation has sensitive content in it, please note that in your donation comment to give the deck makers advanced notice.

Module Deck Guidelines

• All decks donated must be a synthesized vocal character. Original characters appearing in a Vocaloid-related game, or original characters from a Vocaloid song, are not eligible for individual module decks.
• Decks should be named as a transliteration of the original language's name under the original language's name order - Hatsune Miku, not Miku Hatsune.
• Donate alternate designs/versions of characters as their own deck. For example, the Snow Miku design from 2022 would be a separate module deck from Snow Miku 2023.
• Donate outfits worn by a Vocaloid character (such as a module appearing in a Project Diva game) as their own deck under the original language name of that module. Try to gather as much variety in the images as possible!

PV Deck Guidelines

• Songs must have been originally released with a Vocaloid or synthesized vocal to be eligible. The synthesizer can be used for the main or accompanying vocal, but must be prominently featured in the song.
• PV decks include images from a single version of a song's PV. This includes original PVs, content from officially licensed games, etc.
• Original PVs must have been uploaded by the original author to be eligible (no unofficial uploads).
• For Project Diva and Mirai PVs: if the song has a recommended Module, prioritize images using that Module.

Puzzle Deck Guidelines

For both Canvas decks and static PV decks:

• Horizontal images are heavily preferred; vertical images won't fit the template very well!
• If you are donating a static PV that includes small variations on the same image, feel free to submit them all! We sometimes use one as the main deck and one as the mastery badge.

Donation Guidelines and Rewards

You can donate four regular decks each month. Donations reset on the first of each month with the monthly update. There will be a deck claims comment that goes up each month. If you would like to claim a deck donation but haven't gathered the images yet, you can respond to that comment with the decks you intend to donate to ensure no one else will donate that deck.

For donating decks, you will receive:

• 3 random cards
• 1 random elemental crystal

If you've made Voltage Meters, level badges, or link buttons for Module, you can donate them here! Donated graphics will be added to Module's Graphic Sets page for all members to use on their trade posts and site profiles. Plus, you'll receive some rewards for your efforts!

Guidelines

• Link Buttons must be donated in sets of 4, and can be either 100x35 or 88x31 pixels.
• Rank Badges must be donated 10 at a time, with 1 badge per level. A full set of badges is 20+1, one for each rank plus an extra badge for the master Star Diva rank. The standard template is 151x82 pixels in size (the same size as mastery badges). You can use this template if you would like, but you can also make your own. There is a bonus reward for completing a full set of banners including the Star Diva master rank.
• Voltage Meters must use this template. Voltage Meter submissions must have 21 images, one image for every 5% progress toward the meter. Please see this page for detailed instructions on customizing the template.
• Zipped files must contain the file images only. Do not add subfolders, text files, or other file types.
• All images must be in png format.

Naming Conventions

Please use the following conventions to name your submissions:

• Link Buttons: yourname-button##.png (e.g. noelle-button01.png)
• Rank Badges: yourname##-##.png with the first number referring to the number of sets you've submitted, and the second for each badge (e.g. noelle02-03.png for Rank 03 of Noelle's second donated set)
• Voltage Meters: vm-yourname##-##.png with the first number referring to the number of Voltage Meters you've submitted, and the second for each trade amount (e.g. noelle01-10.png for 50% on Noelle's first Voltage Meter donation)

Rewards + Monthly Limits

For your submissions, you will receive the following rewards:

• Link Buttons: 1 random card per set of 4 donated; max 2 sets (8 buttons) per month
• Rank Badges: 3 random cards per group of 10 banners; max 4 groups, or 2 sets, per month. For including a badge for the bonus Star Diva rank and completing a set, you will additionally receive +2 random crystals.
• Voltage Meters: 4 random cards per complete meter donated; max 3 meters per month

You can receive up to 26 cards and 4 random crystals per month for graphic donations. For maxing out your donations, you will receive an additional bonus of 7 random cards and 2 random elemental crystals, for a total of 33 random cards and 6 random crystals.
