Have you just joined and want to request your member card, or do you have a custom coupon to obtain a custom mastery badge or new member card? You can request your custom graphics here! For custom milestone badges, please go to the Milestone application post. All graphics and images must abide by Module's content guidelines.
When you join Module TCG as a new member, you are able to request your first member card. Your member card is custom-made for you as a player, and will have your name on the bottom left with an image of your choosing!
Please fill out the form below to request your member card. It will be made as soon as possible!
If you would like to request a change to your member card image, you can request a new one here. Once you request a new card, your old member card will be retired and will have a number appended to it (mc-Noelle1) to differentiate it.
You can request as many member card changes as you would like, but you can only do so once every six months.
